Like You Need The Reminder: Marvel Movie Panel Saturday!
Let us
not be remiss that one of the biggest events of the Con
will be Marvel's movie panel on Saturday night in
Hall H at 6 p.m. Scheduled will be talent from
both Thor and Captain America, but everyone
believes that we'll be seeing Kevin Feige bring out an entire
line-up of The Avengers.
Who
will be Bruce Banner? Right now the front-runner seems to
be Mark Ruffalo, ready to walk out into the spotlight of
fandom on Saturday, July 24 and come back a fan icon.
To help
celebrate, let's run with this photo published in the L.A.
Times yesterday -- Thor (Chris Hemsworth) getting a dressing
down from Odin (Anthony Hopkins) with many other Asgardians
in attendance. Click on the image to get a larger version,
and notice that my number one dream for the movie has come
true -- Loki (Tom Hiddleston) wears the curvy-horned helmet
from the comics!
...which
just goes to prove what I said about Green
Lantern; get the villains right and an awful lot
will be forgiven.
