2006: Robert Kirkman Takes On Todd McFarlane
In one
of the most infamous moments (already!) of Comic-Con 2006,
Todd McFarlane had a lengthy confrontation with a fan at
his panel. What he didn't know was that that fan was Robert
Kirkman, writer of The Walking Dead, Invincible
and Marvel Team-Up, among others.
Once
again, ZabberBOX.com was there. To be honest, they unfortunately
stopped filming just before the alleged snarky tag, when
Todd thanked Robert for making so much money for Image,
and he is supposed to have said, "someone has to..."
Still,
this is a pretty cool moment in fandom to have caught. Enjoy.
