Superman
Returns Two Days Early!
Last
week I wrote that I couldn't wait for June 30th. Well, Warner
Brothers heard my plea, apparently, and sources within the
studio confirmed with us today that Bryan
Singer's Superman Returns will now open on Wednesday,
June 28.
You
could speculate that it's to give a bigger buffer between
it and the next expected huge blockbuster, Pirates of the
Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, which opens on July 7th. Really,
though, Brandon Routh might just give Johnny Depp a run
for his money regardless.
